The first thing we tell people is DO NOT throw anything away. Some things that you might think are not worth anything might be valuable items.

HOW IS THE SALE SET UP?
Our staff brings tables and sets up the sale by pricing and displaying all items. The sale is conducted by knowledgeable staff that can answer questions and help buyers with their purchases.
HOW WILL PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT MY SALE?
Advertising is done in many different locations. We also have a distribution list that continues to grow everyday.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS SERVICE COST?
Our fees are extremely competitive with other companies. Every home and sale is different. Some homes may be clean and ready for a sale immediately. Others may need more work. Normally the average estate sale we do is only charged a percent of the gross total sales. However, if the home is not clean and/or needs garbage dumps there may be additional fees incurred. These fees will always be provided up front.
CAN I LIVE IN THE HOUSE DURING THE SALE?
We will need the home to be unoccupied and the keys to the home at least 7 days prior to the estate sale date.
WHEN DO I GET PAID?
You will receive a check or cash within 7 days of the estate sale.
